The Work of Byron Katie<\/b> is a simple, effective and profound process of inquiry that has been called many things – the End of Suffering, the Technology of Freedom, Four Questions and a Turnaround. It introduces you to you, without your story – whether your story is „I’m too fat“, „He should love me“, „She should listen to me“, „I’m a failure“, or… fill in the blank. Anyone with an open mind can do the Work and experience the peace and freedom that lie underneath every painful thought.<\/p>\n

So What\u2019s Your Story?<\/b> I need to lose weight\u2026 I hate my job\u2026 I need more money\u2026 I\u2019ll be alone forever\u2026 I\u2019m a bad mom\/dad\u2026 She shouldn\u2019t have cheated\u2026 I should eat better\u2026 I made a mistake\u2026 I need to know what to do\u2026 My partner doesn\u2019t listen to me\u2026 Nobody loves me\u2026 I\u2019m not good enough\u2026 For thousands of years we\u2019ve been told not to judge, and we still do it all the time\u2014how our friends should act, whom our children should care about, what our parents should feel, do, or say. In The Work, rather than suppress these judgments, we use them as starting points for self-realization. By letting the judging mind have its life on paper, we discover through the mirror of those around us what we haven’t yet realized about ourselves.<\/p>\n
